Payment Terms
- New customers: 50% deposit, 50% against shipping documents
- Established customers: Net 30 after credit approval

Quality at Receiving
We recommend customers perform the following checks upon receipt:
1. Visual inspection for packaging damage
2. Temperature check (product should feel cool to touch)
3. Moisture verification with rapid tester
4. Organoleptic evaluation (smell, appearance)
5. COA matching against received product identity
