Dehulling & Separation Equipment — Technical Specification

1. Process Objective

Remove the fibrous hull from pre-conditioned flaxseed while minimising endosperm breakage, then classify the stream into hulls, coarse middlings, and clean kernels. Design capacity: 3 MT/hr input. Target dehulling efficiency: 85–90 %.
