Flaxseed Gum

Product Code: FSP-GUM-001
Revision: V11.0

Description

Flaxseed gum (also known as flaxseed mucilage) is a heteropolysaccharide complex extracted from the hull fraction by aqueous extraction and recovered by ethanol precipitation or spray drying. It exhibits high water-binding capacity, pseudoplastic rheology, and emulsion-stabilising functionality.
